The robotic welding workstation is referred to as the robotic welding station, mainly has two types: single-machine double-station and single-machine single-station. We can also customize workbench or single-axis or double-axis positioner according to the type of workpiece and welding needs to meet the needs of various welding scenarios. Dual-station layout allows workpiece welding and handling to be carried out simultaneously, maximizing welding efficiency.

The world’s first technology supports TCP (robot terminal precision), hand-eye (vision system) automatic calibration, and automatic welding path adjustment after small-scale changes in the initial positioning of the workpiece. All external axes are controlled through the CNC system, supporting interpolated coordinated motion of the positioner and robotic arm.

The equipment adopts Metal Active Gas Arc Welding, referred to as MAG welding; a mixed gas shielded welding is formed by adding a small amount of oxidizing gas to argon gas. In China, the commonly used mixed gas is 80% Ar + 20% carbon dioxide. Since the proportion of argon in the mixed gas is relatively large, it is often called argon-rich mixed gas shielded welding.
