9-Axis Synergistic Control

Integrating a 6-axis articulated robot with a 3-axis (X/Y/Z) cantilever travel system, the workstation delivers unmatched freedom of movement. This 9-axis synergy enables the welding torch to reach every spatial angle, effortlessly handling complex 3D surfaces, deep-cavity structures, and multi-layer, multi-pass weld seams.

Seamless Positioner Integration

The system supports direct connectivity with external positioners through advanced synchronized control technology. During continuous rotation and positioning of the workpiece, the welding torch maintains precise alignment and stable arc performance. This makes it ideal for circular pipe welding, machine tool beds, crane girders, and other open-structure components.

Vision-Guided Intelligence

Equipped with a high-precision 3D vision system and line-laser seam tracker, the workstation automatically identifies weld seam positions, extracts weld features from 3D models (imported via Tekla, SOLIDWORKS, or UG), and generates optimized welding paths in seconds. It intelligently corrects trajectories in real-time, ensuring consistent quality even with inconsistent part fit-up or thermal deformation.
