In 2020, Jiangsu Connect and BOCHU—both leaders in teaching‑free welding robots—partnered to develop a solution for the steel structure industry. By 2021, they had co‑developed key software and hardware. The solution was validated at a 150,000‑ton annual capacity production base, which also tests BOCHU’s software/processes and conducts ESAB welding experiments. The base is recognized as an engineering technology research center and a national high‑tech enterprise.

A teaching-free and programming-free welding workstation is an intelligent welding robot system equipped with 3D vision and AI technology. Its core characteristic is that it requires no manual code writing or manual path guidance. The robot can automatically recognize workpieces, plan welding paths, and complete high-quality welding just like an experienced welder.

The track length, appearance, color, and logo can all be customized. The robot brand and color are also optional. Our professional R&D team provides in-depth customized solutions. All products are pre-assembled and tested before delivery.
