The core advantage of this intelligent welding workstation lies in its “vision + dual-mode” capability: using a large-line-scan camera, it can either directly import a model for processing or scan a workpiece without drawings to automatically generate a program. It intelligently identifies weld seams and optimizes paths, ensuring fast and precise welding. The track length can be customized and is equipped with an automatic torch cleaning and lubrication system for smoother operation.

Basic Configuration
The gantry welding station includes a control system, gantry travel mechanism, 2 sets of arc welding robots, 2 sets of robotic welding power sources with cooling water tanks, 2 sets of intelligent welding vision systems, and 2 sets of water-cooled torch systems.
Main Features:
1、Two H-beams are placed on the workpiece fixture inside the guide rail at a 45-degree fillet weld position;
2、The gantry moves along the rail at a preset welding speed;
3、Two submerged arc welding heads are used simultaneously to weld both seams;
4、An arc guide mechanism automatically tracks the weld seams;
5、An automatic flux delivery and recovery system is adopted.
Equipment Process
This equipment is suitable for workpieces assembled from horizontal and vertical plates, supporting straight line, arc, curve, flat, and vertical welding operations. Its large-span gantry structure ensures a welding width of up to 7 meters, making it ideal for industries such as steel structures, bridges, and shipbuilding.
