Product Introduction:
The cantilever robot intelligent welding workstation adopts the Bochu intelligent welding system and a large line scan 3D camera, integrating advanced functions such as point cloud reconstruction and large line scan initial positioning.
This system supports two processing modes:
- Model-driven processing allows direct import of 3D model files from Tekla, SolidWorks, or UG.
- For machining processes without drawings , the system will scan the workpiece to generate point cloud data.
Both modes can directly match welding process parameters, automatically identify the welding position, and generate an optimized welding path. This improves welding accuracy, efficiency, and processing flexibility.
The robot is equipped with an automatic torch cleaning device. Operators can adjust the guide rail length according to the workpiece size. The guide rail system also features automatic lubrication to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
This equipment is suitable for horizontal and vertical metal sheet workpieces. It supports straight welding, curved welding, arc welding, flat welding, and vertical welding.
It also provides complete solutions for common steel structures, including H-beams (homogeneous or modified sections with corbels), plate units, and partitions.
This system is widely used in the steel structure, bridge construction and shipbuilding industries.
