Product Introduction:

The cantilever-type robotic intelligent welding workstation is equipped with the Bochu intelligent welding system and a large line-scan 3D camera. It integrates advanced functions such as point cloud reconstruction and large line-scan initial positioning.

The system supports two processing modes:

  • Model-driven processing, allowing direct import of 3D model files from Tekla, SOLIDWORKS, or UG

  • Drawing-free processing, where the workpiece is scanned to generate point cloud data, followed by reverse reconstruction to automatically create a 3D model

Both modes can directly match welding process parameters, automatically identify the precise location of weld seams, and generate optimized welding paths. This not only improves welding accuracy and efficiency but also significantly enhances processing flexibility and adaptability.

The robot is equipped with an automatic torch cleaning device. The rail length can be customized according to the workpiece size, and the rail system includes automatic lubrication to ensure smooth and reliable operation.


The equipment is suitable for workpieces formed by the assembly of horizontal and vertical plates, supporting welding processes such as straight lines, arcs, curves, flat welding, and vertical welding.

It provides comprehensive solutions for common steel structure components, including H-beams (both uniform and variable cross-sections, with corbels), plate units, and partition plates. It can also flexibly handle complex structures such as T-joints, U-ribs, and pipe assemblies.

This system is widely applicable in industries such as steel structures, bridge construction, and shipbuilding.
